Finalmente se dieron a conocer los nominados a los Emmy 2020, ceremonia que se llevará a cabo en septiembre y premiará lo mejor de la televisión (y plataformas de streaming).

Los Emmy celebran a las series, miniseries y shows emitidos a través la pantalla chica que han destacado por su excelencia en la última temporada. Entre las categorías más importantes este año se encuentran series como Better Call Saul, The Crown, The Handmaid’s Tale, The Mandalorian, Ozark, Stranger Things, Dead to Me, The Good Place, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Unorthodox y Watchmen, está última serie lidera la cantidad de nominaciones.

Con 160 nominaciones, Netflix es la plataforma con mayor cantindad de nominaciones por segundo año consecutivo. Superando incluso a HBO, que tan solo tiene 107 nominaciones.
